KEEP YOURSELF AND OTHERS SAFE
- Wash your hands 20+ seconds with soap and water whenever you come into your home or office from outside;
- Avoid close contact when you are experiencing cough and fever and avoid others if you suffer from them;
- If any of your family member or someone suffers from those, contact the nearest healthcare facility or hospital;
- Provide special care to the children and people aged above 60 years in your family and community;
- For coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue;
- Avoid shaking and hugging people; don’t touch the children to express affection;

PRACTICE EATING SAFE FOOD
- Eat meat, fish, egg and vegetables after cooking sufficiently;
- Wash hands with soap before preparing and serving food;
- Wash hands with soap after touching your pets or domestic animals;
KEEP YOUR WORKPLACE GERM FREE
- Clean your workplace and make it germ free at least once daily;
- Don’t spit or throw sputum here and there; keep others away from doing it too;
- Throw tissue into closed bin immediately after use.
PROTECT YOUR HEALTH DURING TRAVEL
- Avoid travel if you experience cough and fever;
- If you use mask, take care that it covers your nose and mouth well; keep it clean;
- Don’t touch the mask often and avoid touching your face without any reason;
- Help the healthcare staff and doctor telling about your travel related information when necessary;
- Except urgent cases, avoid using public transport such as bus, train, launch steamer etc. Wash hands with sanitizer or soap after using public transport;
- Avoid mass gathering (note that many countries including ours shut down businesses, educational institutions, cinema, marriage ceremonies and prayer houses including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Iran etc.)
